This post is right on the mark. Having confidence and believing that a goal can be achieved are vital steps toward actually reaching the goal. Firearms instructors use very similar strategies and techniques to instruct officers to hit the target. The ability to visualize the desired outcome, focus intensely on the sights then flawlessly execute the shot are a matter of life and death. These same steps can also be a powerful formula for success when applied to personal goals.
